(suggested use: 1 ml twice daily). So, you can take our zinc formula on its own or add copper supplementation at your discretion.

It is best to take calcium at different times because zinc can lower the absorption of calcium when taken together. Taking iron or calcium with zinc may reduce zinc absorption. Taking zinc with magnesium may interfere with magnesium absorption.
