Leading the Way
Julio Torres
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As a foundational leader at Global Healing since 2003, Julio has played a central role in guiding the company’s growth and direction. With a steady hand and a focus on long-term success, he’s helped transform the organization from its early roots into a trusted leader in natural health. From CTO to President to CEO, Julio remains deeply involved in scaling the business and building for the future.
A firm believer in Global Healing’s mission, Julio champions empowering people to take control of their health through education, innovation, and natural solutions. He also serves on the board of the Natural Products Association (NPA), where he works to expand access to natural health products and protect consumer choice.
During his downtime, Julio cherishes family moments and preps for his next half-marathon.
Molly Latham
President | CFO
A driving force at Global Healing since 2004, Molly stepped into the dual role of President and CFO in 2023, bringing decades of experience and a sharp strategic lens to the company’s executive team. She leads with clarity and conviction—overseeing finance, legal, and risk operations while spearheading cross-functional initiatives that shape the company’s direction and growth.
Deeply committed to the mission of empowering people through natural health, Molly takes pride in the impact Global Healing has made in the lives of millions.
Outside of work, she channels her competitive spirit into doubles tennis, explores nature through hiking, and unwinds with a good mystery novel.
Nida Ali
Vice President of Global Experience
Since joining Global Healing in 2005 as the company’s first graphic designer, Nida has held several key roles across creative and brand leadership—ultimately growing into her current role as Vice President of Global Experience. She now leads efforts to elevate both customer and employee experiences, shaping a culture where people feel connected, inspired, and valued.
With a long-term vision of making Global Healing a household name, Nida focuses on building brand awareness and emotional connection through every touch-point.
Outside of work, Nida enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and sharing cat videos.
Wally Perez
Vice President of Operations
At the helm of Global Healing’s operations, Wally is driving the company’s next stage of growth—expanding capacity, scaling systems, and strengthening the infrastructure needed to meet rising global demand. His leadership ensures that as the company grows, its operational excellence grows with it.
A U.S. Marine Corps OEF Veteran, Wally brings over two decades of experience in warehousing, inventory control, and logistics. His disciplined approach and deep expertise keep manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping running with precision.
Wally is driven by a mission to help those around him reach their health, professional, and personal goals.
Outside of work, he enjoys family game nights, exercising, and playing guitar.

Our mission to produce the purest, most potent supplements wouldn’t be possible without our manufacturing team’s relentless experimentation and innovation or rigorous testing and quality control. Although we use automation and machinery to increase efficiency, every step of manufacturing still has a personal touch. Our team hand-verifies the quality of each and every capsule, liquid, and packaging before it’s sent out for fulfillment.

Company Founded
Global Healing first began as a health clinic. Founder Dr. Group offered his patients a protocol designed to inhibit disease progression and engage the body's self-healing mechanisms.

First Product
Dr. Group formulated Oxy-Powder (still our best-selling supplement) to give patients greater control of their health outcomes from home.

With the expansion of the internet, Dr. Group built a website to educate the masses about holistic health.

We launched our first detox program, aligning with our philosophy that healing begins with flushing toxins from the body.

Organic Farmland
Global Healing purchased organic farmland in Huntsville, Texas to research ingredients and develop more products.

Manufacturing Abilities
The company takes a giant leap forward by investing in a manufacturing facility. We gained full control over our products from seed to supplement.

Manufacturing Upgraded
Our manufacturing moved to a brand new, cutting-edge facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Raw Herbal Extract™
After 10 years of research and development, we introduced Raw Herbal Extract Technology. This is when we began creating the most potent liquid extractions on the market.

Increased Storage Capacity
A new 15,000-square-foot warehouse increased our capacity for storing finished goods, as well as the efficiency of our distribution.

Global Healing headquarters moved into a new office on Post Oak.
