Need to Make a Return?
1. Fill Out the Return Form
If you’re returning items from multiple orders, fill out a form for each.
2. Allow 1-2 Days for Processing
Once we get your request, we’ll tell you how to send your order back to us.
3. Get Your Refund
When we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund.
We have a one-year money-back guarantee policy on all Global Healing and Drucker Labs branded products.
Returns for International & US Orders
- A return request must be submitted within one year of the purchased date.
- A physical return of the item is required to receive a refund.
- Products may be opened and used.
- Maximum one return per product per customer/household.
- Each order requires its own Return Authorization. Multiple orders cannot be combined and returned in one parcel.
- Digital Items (PDF Ebooks) are not eligible for returns/refunds.
- A refund will be processed once the package has been received at Global Healing.
- The $9.99 return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Global Healing reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy.
How long do I have before making a return?
- We offer a one year money back guarantee to give our customers the opportunity to try our products. You have a full year to return a product from the date of purchase.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
- Global Healing will provide a shipping label upon request for all orders shipped within the U.S. and the shipping label will be sent to you via email.
- We require a $9.99 return shipping fee for all U.S returns. International customers are responsible for paying return postage with their carrier of choice.
How do I make a return?

- The refund process may take 1-2 business days once received.
- Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
How do I find my return label?
- We will email the return label within 1 business day after submitting your request.
Can I return an opened item?
- Yes you can return an opened/used item(s) for a refund.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. In certain situations descriptions and/or photos may be required.
Refunds back onto the original form of payment?
- All refunds will go back onto the original form of payment, if this is no longer a valid form of payment we will be able to issue a giftcard to the Global Healing Store.
- Reward points will be deducted from your balance once we receive the returned items.
Is a return of the item required?
- Yes, we do require a physical return for a refund of purchase.
