"I had previously left a 5 star review for this vitamin that reviewed the older formula of this product. I can't figure out how to edit that review, so I'm leaving a new one. The new formula is not good. It is missing the methylated form of folic acid, which the previous version had, so it is no longer appropriate for those with MTHFR issues. It also causes, in me at least, serious histamine flares. The older formula did not do this. I also had a subscription to this product and was given absolutely no notice that they were changing the formula. So I am now left scrambling to find something new that will work for me. Not an easy task and not one I appreciate having to do. So if you have any degree of health issues or genetic variations, I recommend you avoid this supplement."
