"I've had it a few weeks. Hard to tell if it's helping yet, as taking it consistently is challenging. When I first shake then open the bottle there is a Very strong rotten egg smell. The first taste is gross, but the after taste is worse. I must drink a little water, or watch out for the 10 minute after taste that's back to bad eggs and will sneak up the throat to the sinuses."
