"I have been using this product for almost one month. I personally take it in the morning, when I first wake up, and then wait about a half an hour before I eat or drink anything, except filtered water. I like the fact that it helps to remove heavy metals from my body, while leaving the calcium that my body needs intact. It took a few days to figure out the best time to take it, as one is not supposed to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes before or afterward. What I do not know is whether or not I should continue taking it long-term. I am very "clean" and healthy with all the food I eat and all the products I use, and I minimize my exposure to toxic heavy metals to begin with. So I'm wondering if I can just use it for a month to remove any accumulation my body already has (because there's no way to avoid all exposures) and then take a break. I could maybe use it for a month at a time quarterly, or twice per year, rather then every single day. That would also make it more affordable. I wish there were a way to get additional information about it, but I realize I cannot get personalized recommendations or actual medical advice here - which I do understand. So all I can do is continue to educate myself, and use my best judgement."
