What changed?

We’ve updated our brand colors, refined our logo, and dropped “Center” from our name. In addition to being a shorter name that many of our customers have naturally taken to using anyway, it more accurately reflects the outward influence we want our efforts to have on the world.

What hasn't changed?

Just about everything else! We’re still the same company with the same awesome team, and we’re dedicated to helping you be your best. We are not changing the products we sell or the content we share. We remain committed to our quality and purity standards.

Was Global Healing acquired?

No, we weren’t acquired, nor have there been any changes to our internal structure or operation. We simply redefined our brand colors, logo, name, and website!

Do you still have an awesome satisfaction guarantee?

You bet! In fact, we even expanded our 180-day guarantee to a full year with the introduction of “Year to Love It.”  You can read more about that here.

Will the new URL affect my email subscription or ability to receive order confirmations?

It might. To ensure you still get your emails from us, please whitelist or add [email protected] and [email protected] to your contacts or address book.

Will this affect my customer account?

Not at all. Your login credentials will stay the same, your saved payments will remain saved, and you’ll still be able to access your order history. If you have a store credit, it will be unaffected.

Will my Subscribe & Save product subscriptions remain active?

Yes, unless your Subscribe & Save subscriptions include Organic Hemp Extract. See the next question for more information.

Does this change affect Organic Hemp Extract purchases?

Yes. We have implemented a separate website dedicated to our Organic Hemp Extract. Please see our full FAQ for purchasing Organic Hemp Extract.

Will my coupon codes still work?

Yes, this change will not affect valid coupon codes.
